Your data is yours. We keep only what your preparation needs. We never sell it.

What we keep
- Your mobile number or email, only to sign you in.
- Your profile: target BCS, district and preferred cadres. This lets us shape your preparation around you.
- Your answers in practice, mock tests and review, so we can show your progress.
- Photos of written answers and viva recordings, only when you send them or turn recording on.
- Your roll number, only if you give it. It is stored encrypted.
How we use it
To sign you in, shape your preparation, give feedback and send important account messages. We do not send marketing SMS. No other learner or mentor can see your number.
How long we keep it
Photos of written answers are deleted after 30 days. Viva recordings are kept only if you turn them on and then for 30 days. Everything else stays as long as your account does.
Who receives it
Some tasks such as sending SMS or listening to your voice run through trusted partner organisations. They get only what that task needs. We do not give your data to anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can correct your profile or delete your account from Settings at any time. For a copy of your data, write to us from the feedback section in the app.
